  Drain board is a prefabricated, light weight sheet constructed of high density polyethylene specifically designed for sub surface drainage applications. Typically used in basements or along the exterior of foundations, this material forms a channel to collect water and allow it to flow to a drainage or sump area where it can be discharged. Using drain board allows the water to be easily channeled to a point where it poses no problem.
